M.A.D. - Day 50: A Hard Day's Night

Thursday, February 20, 2014

A 'typical' day in the life of the Beatles, including many of their famous songs.

Man on train: Don't take that tone with me, young man. I fought the war for your sort.
Ringo: I bet you're sorry you won."

What can I say about this first movie about the greatest band that ever was or will be. Not only does the comedy still work but for a first movie starring the Fab Four they are really good. I do not think it is acting though they seemed in those days to really enjoy each others company and be a fun loving group. You can also see their personalities start to shine and the interaction between the different members. Of course what can you say about the music that has not been said a thousand times before, brilliant stuff. I would say go buy this but there are pricy and only on DVD. A simple search on some kind of tube site you might be able to watch it in full. Just saying.
